Notice of Data Privacy Incident

Archer Health is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information in our care. On November 6, 2025, we began mailing notification letters to certain patients whose information was involved in an incident.

On September 7, 2025, Archer Health learned that a third-party IT service provider that supports certain systems we use experienced a cybersecurity incident. An unauthorized individual gained access to patient data stored on the provider’s server. Importantly, this incident did not involve Archer Health’s own systems or networks. As soon as we were made aware of the situation, we immediately launched an investigation, worked closely with cybersecurity experts, and took swift steps to contain the incident and safeguard patient information.

Our investigation determined that the affected files varied per individual but could have included one or more of the following: name, date of birth, Social Security numbers, and limited medical information regarding the healthcare patients received.

We remain committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of patient information and apologize for the concern this may cause. We are offering complimentary identity monitoring services to patients whose Social Security number may have been involved. Additionally, it is always a good idea for patients to review statements they receive related to their healthcare. If they identify charges for services they did not receive, they should contact the healthcare entity or health insurer immediately.

Although the incident originated with a third-party IT provider, Archer Health remains committed to protecting your privacy. In response, we have ended our relationship with this provider and implemented enhanced controls to improve our vendor security and monitoring processes. We also established a dedicated, toll-free call center to help answer questions about the incident.
